Hello! I’m Priscilla O’Sullivan, the owner of Bellissima Photography. I started this business out of pure passion for photographing people. My very first camera was given to me when I was just nine years old, and I have been behind the camera ever since! We laugh because when I look back at family photos, you will see a lot of my family and friends from different events from my life, but there is one key thing happening in all of them…I’m not in them! I giggle at that because I always wanted to freeze time, and remember that exact moment. So before having the convenience of photos, I would tote my camera aound with me. I’m so glad that I did!
The idea of Bellissima began after trying to find the perfect wedding photographer. So many choices, but no one quite fit what we were looking for. That’s when I decided to open my own studio. Not only to offer an artistic photojournalistic approach to photos, but also offer a level of serve that would exceed my clients’ expectations. It’s so much. more than just pointing a camera at someone and taking a photo. Bellissima means beautiful in Italian. My Dad and Grandparents were originally from Italy, immigrating here to the States. My grandparents and I were very close growing up, so I ultimately wanted something to remind me of where some of my family roots are from.
Some fun facts about me! My husband and I have known each other since high school. I have two kids that I cart around all over for their sports, but I love every minute of it. I have a small zoo at my house; 4 rescue dogs, with the smallest one weighing around 65 lbs, plus lizards and fish ….I can not fit any more pets in my home! I have a sweet tooth, (ok, it’s more like all my teeth are sweet!) so if you ever need something from me, that’s the way in! One of my favorites things is I love to travel. On my bucket list are really places to visit. Italy and Portugal will be the next countries on my list!

Suitcase is Packed
If I could spend my money on anything, it would be to travel! I love seeing different places. Trying different foods is always a plus! And although I love lakes, at the end of the day beach wins!
Jeans Over Dresses
Although I love any reason to throw a dress on with some heels, I am definitely more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. Flats or a wedge, but I live in my jeans and a comfy shirt!
Dog Lover
I really do love all animals, but I absolutely love dogs. I have 4 at home that I love and are all rescues. They are more human than anyone can imagine, and all have their own personalities.
